The name Munnar is believed to be derived from the Malayalam words Moonnu(three) and aaru (river), referring to the town's strategic location at the confluence of the Muthirappuzha, Chanduvarai and Kundale rivers. The area is surrounded by vast jungles and remains wet and cold during most of the year. The tea gardens and cardamom plantations give Munnar a beautiful look. The place is so beautiful that it attracts tourists from all over the world.

Day 1

On arrival at Cochin Airport or Railway Station, our representative receives you and proceeds to the Hotel in Munnar. Enjoy the nature and beautiful tea gardens, where the cloud turns into mist, which may touch you with a romantic feeling.

On the way we are visiting Cheeyappara Waterfall, to avoid a hasty trip.

The Cheeyappara waterfall is located between Neriamangalam and Adimali on the Kochi - Madhurai highway and it cascades down in seven steps. No doubt - it's a real feast for you eyes.

After check into the hotel, take rest till evening. You can visit Munnar Town and market place in the evening time. Over night stay in hotel.

Day 2

After breakfast we take you for a full day Munnar sightseeing trip. You can enjoy beautiful mists, romantic green meadows and Tea Gardens.

Visiting Photo Point, Mattupetty, Echo point, Shooting point, Kundale Lake, Blossom Park, Pothenmedu View Point etc.

Photo Point is a good place to take snaps in the tea garden. Situated at a height of 1700 Mts, Mattupetty is famous for its highly specialised dairy farm, the Indo-swiss live stock project. Echo Point is another attraction where you can enjoy the natural echo phenomenon.

Shooting Point is the place where many south Indian movies have been shorted. Kundale Lake is very beautiful and excellent for boating.

Blossom Park is a beautiful garden having a large variety of flowers of different hues and species.

Then we will visit Pothenmedu View Point which offers an excellent view of the tea, coffee and cardamom plantations in Munnar. Returns after sight seeing and over night stay at hotel.

Day 3

Check out from the hotel after breakfast and transfer to Cochin Airport / Railway Station.
